That would be twenty kinds of cool if you could get the scrap yard. I have a good feeling about that whole thing and it sounds like you have the Midas touch for stuff like this anyway. Just make sure you have have one of these guys on staff to keep the riff raff away.

You never know when a Trunk Monkey's gonna come in handy! ooo aaa
gutterman:
I'll definitely let you know.

My gf always says "Are you REALLY going to use that? What on EARTH are you going to DO with that? Seriously. Come on."

Yeah.

Sounds like you had a good time! Don't worry about your son, kids are supposed to be embarassed to hang out with their parents, even when their parents are obviously cool!!

It's all good Duf-Daddy, I just get a bit raspy in the AM; so I apologize, like sorry man.
Dresden Dolls are jamin my headset whilst I type this, thanks for the indirect tip.
I burned a copy for Wine Chick she was almost overjoyed, but really wanted James Blunt too. Spoiled twentysomething girls! Gotta Luv em.
Her side kick whom is without a web worthy monicker, KT, was acting like she was lacking attention, so I burnt a copy of" Bedlam" for the both of them. She accepted it like it was bait, of course it was, I've been crushin on her for like 3 yrs. Being unwilling to reach out and touch someone makes a crush all the more delisch. (verydirtyolman).
I'm going to shot some mind gripping footage of the conquest of paridise next time I drive the Beach road. Gonna blow your mind, and I'll put a reminder with it ,that only 6000 peole actually live here.
"I'm counting back the steps it took" biggrin

You da man! But yeah, of course the straight life is gonna seem boring compared to touring and partying and all that. But that stuff is so short-term, if ya know what I mean. Being a good dad and husband is all about the long term. Plus you have that whole clear conscience thing, that's always nice to have. biggrin

The bad old photo up above is the young Robert Johnson, no doubt after meeting the Devil at the crossroads in Clarkville MS.where he traded his soul for greater ability on the guitar. He was well known and well recorded, actually I think he did very well in his young time. He was murdered in a bar, with poisened whiskey
The bar-tour scene has always taken it's toll.
(as in your damn-lucky to still be on the right side of the grass)

lol - it's funny how many people zoomed in on that tie.

Then again, I wore it to be zoomed in on so I guess it worked out wink.

-------"Ditto on the B.J.Mass. I chked em out on Music Match, The first cut, Ballad of Jim Jones was sounding like a rippoff of Dylan's ."The times they are a changing", even the harp was largely the same. All in all -Nuevo Folk-Rock with some influence from Lou Reed.----------"Everything Old will be New again". ( I don't know who wrote that lyric, circa 1930s?)
Too bad about the man, at least you wern't there with cash in Your hand, ( that's the Good News). But as the Tight Asses can't get a grip on the fact that as a substrata class of Americans we will not stop doing what we want;..and another man will quickly step into position to do the same commodity trading. Hopefully the person will have the instincts and lack of greed that are needed to survive.
I liked life a lot more , when we had all the technology and were smarter than the Toads. We're still smarter but easier to catch because they have too much funding and relentless authority. Oh well, it will get better, though maybe after getting worse first.
Hendrix,Clapton ( old stuff), pump it into the growing brain!
I've gone backwards for so long now, digging at musical roots , that I've not kept up with a lot of NOW stuff. Have you heard Robert Johnson? Eric Clapton wouldn't even talk to a musician who hadn't when he was first getting up in the bright lights.
Blues, and Rock are the same, just a matter of a lot of electricity and a better drum set.
I thank the Creator for that monkey that smacked the first hollow log with a stick.
Things will improve. ooo aaa ooo aaa ooo aaa ooo aaa ooo aaa ooo aaa

yeah, you're more than welcome there. that site is pretty amazing, check out the bootlegs section (if you haven't already). There a ton of links to mp3s. I'm glad you finally got those songs from that show. Must be like deja vu all over again or something. biggrin
oh, here's another cool mp3 blog site to check out: Elbows.

you know what's weird? I went to your friend's blog and on his latest entry he mentions a band I was just talking about today with a friend (Teenage Fanclub). freaky stuff. biggrin
