I'm not sure if it's worse that I've barely left the apartment in a week, or that it's not bothering me.

I missed the retirement party for a close former professor, and a memorial for a close friend who died. I just couldn't force myself to be around people, even to do things I wanted (and needed) to do. And I don't feel bad about it. Not yet anyway, but I'm sure any day now that shoe will drop and I'll be anxious and guilty.

That'll be a ball of fun.
