Today was a interessting day, I opened a door and helped an elderly lady put her heavy packages in her car. Then a young guy said to me why bother. When I told him because we should respect our elders and help them when we can. He said it's not worth taking 5-10 min. of my time to go out of my way for a stranger. I believe if we teach our children to respect our elders and they continue to teach their children the same when we get older there will be somebody out there that would help us when we need it.
