Thanks to everyone who took time to read my journal yesterday, and to add comments. I think I'm feeling marginally better tonight. Panic and anxiety are no fun. I haven't eaten all day. And I haven't had the urge to listen to music, so you know I'm REALLY not myself. But I had a long talk with my sister in New Jersey and, later, my roommate, and I think I feel a little better. My appetite hasn't returned, though, so I'm going to try to force a sandwich down, then go to bed. I'm really not looking forward to tomorrow.
