Our land lady came by to pick up the rent and along with her came a real estate agent and some guy i think wanted to buy the house. He looked at it for like 5 minutes then just stood in the living room and watched TV with my bro. guess he wasn't about to spend $450,000 on this piece of shit. hah I guess the real estate agent is the same lady who tried to sell the house for our land lady like 5 or 6 years ago. we live in the worst house on the best block in the neighborhood so we'll just have to wait and see what happens. When i whin the lotto in the next month or so i'm gonna buy this place with cash and then tear it down and start over from scratch. same design and everything just want to have a house that is not about to fall over and i also want to add a badement. one can dream can't he?

oh yes, the lotto. when i win the lotto i think i will move to london and buy a beautiful loft in the city. that sounds about right. and live there happily ever after with my kitties, and maybe this one boy....yeah, we'd have fun!

I can't believe someone would pay that much for your place and I've never seen it. Just from what you say it does'nt sound worth it at all. My rent just got raised. It's way not worth what we are paying for it even now. Fuck it.
