5 more shopping days left till Christmas.

I am 7 gifts away from being done. 3 are in transit (hopefully). 4 are being bought today.

I've received two presents so far....a CD (Apostle of Hustle, "Folkloric Feel")....and cute polka-dotted-and-cherry undies wraped around a $50 from my beautiful gracious boss:

Had a good weekend. The record store was busy as shit on Saturday. I got 5 hours overtime last week (woohooo!)

Saw the Drive By Truckers Friday and Saturday. I heart them. Especially Jason. Gawddamn!!!!! Not only is he a phenomenal guitarist/songwriter/singer, but he's fucking adorable and sweet as hell to boot! My very good friend Jay (from Alabama...if you ever see a Truckers show in Richmond), was an integral part of putting that band together...and he and Patterson have been very good friends for a long time. Well anyway...the band came to the store on Saturday and shopped, hung out, signed some flats, and I hooked 'em up with my discount. But I ended up talking with Jason, and showing him around to some CD's he was looking for. Then...went to the show Saturday night, stood right in front of him...drooled over his finger work, his soft suple lips, sweet as molases Alabama accent, baby smooth skin, and all around boyish good looks while he played, what seemed like, a show for one (me). So many times, it appeared that he was making love not to, but with his guitar, to me...and then he would look up and stare me straight in the eye. *Le sigh*...... Then I hung with him a bit after the show and chatted...he hugged me three times and called me sweetheart twice and made sure I would be there next time they came back to Richmond (Spring time=short skirt weather). So....needless to say...he was my fantasy that night....too bad he's married....to the bassist....and I'm attatched....so he will forever stay....a fantasy.............unless..........................

I wanna give a shout out to Cheech and NoControl for making it out and buying me a beer. Bless ya'll!!!!!!!!! You guys are my favorites. And wasn't that a fucking kickass show?!!!!??????

In other news....IT'S FUCKING COLD OUTSIDE.....and I'm wearing almost nothing. Damn it. "Naked Mondays" better not get me sick!

At least my car started. That's a fucking relief. Though...the drivers side door is still frozen shut. I have to climb in through the passenger side.

It's amazing how many people need porn when it's THIS FUCKING COLD OUTSIDE.
