So as of November 20th 2011 I've officially quit smoking. After getting back into the gym and trying to do my old routine and doing miserably I've realized that it's about time I put the lighter away for a bit. More power to those of ya who can do both but I can't fucking do it. Was done with endurance cardio on the bike after 15 minutes as opposed to my old 45 minutes.

But holy shit was I about to die when I finished my workout. Trying to do abs everyday with backs, arms, and chest worked in on other days so I can back in shape. Thinking about taking hydroxycut soon so I can say good bye to fat that's sitting on my stomach. My motivation for now is so that my next tattoo's will have a good platform and look sexy when I get them done. By the time that happens though I'm hoping working out will just be a routine and habit.

Perhaps some better news or update worthy though is that I'll be home in time for Christmas. I'll have to spend my birthday in deployment but it's looking like I'll get to come home for Christmas and New Years which I'm pretty psyched about. Other than that though it's just counting down the days out here in the desert. Hope to have something better to update with soon.
