So the past few days i must admit have really thrown me off guard.
slightly.
Lots of LOLs were had, some very halfassed gambling (we were trying to get free drinks), awesome random chillage, video games (i watched, as i usually do, but i'm a good luck charm so i was secretly helping), funny new albums names, cracking on scene kids, 2 hour rides will complete strangers
It was interesting and at the same time extremely relaxing. it was really good to just let everything go and just be for a few days. If only things could always be that simple
Brand New was very good live. we actually had the option to either stand or sit and well, seats were much better than standing. the room was huge so there was plenty of space to stretch out, but this was a show that was best to sit and take in. and take breaks during the songs i did not know.
It made me come to the realization that the fashion scene is just making it up as it goes along now. and it's failing. MISERABLY. i appreciate thinking outside of box and getting away from the norm, but i think you should still show you can grasp the principle of being able to dress yourself.
They ended with You Won't Know and it was a really powerful way to end. But i must say, i love the shows you can sing out loud to. even if you cant hear yourself. but you CAN hear the person next to you who's making you laugh with the drastically overexaggerated vox
oh and we briefly brought back the Daron "wooooooooooo". If you saw SOAD at Continental 2 years ago you'd understand.
it was so hard going to work today after such an amazing end to an extended weekend. I feel my randomosity was used to its potential.
