Good luck! I think the best way is using the website on your pc instead of the mobile version. Mobile still doesn’t quite have feature parity with the full website.

Open a tab on your on profile. It should be a yellow button saying "Change photo". Click there and you should be able to upload a pic. ^^ You can click "Edit your profile" and add all the info and upload a photo too. :)
