I'm curious, what was the criteria for not letting you adopt a cat?

they reject a lot of people. They reject people if they even say they're going to get them declawed.... I wouldn't worry too much about it.

If your willing to drive to st.catherine's, I know someone who needs a new home for their cat. Idealy, they want $200 for it, but said they're willing to be talked down to nothing for it but they desperately need cash and they also need to get rid of the cat, so pretty much, whatever you're willing to pay they'll be grateful for.
