how's this for a first post?

i was preparing to write my first blog when all of the sudden i hear: "HELP MEEEE! GET AWAY FROM ME!!!!! AHHHH!!! -insert hysterical crying and screaming-"

...i live in a gated apartment complex with about 7 or 8 security guards on patrol and yet this madness was going on outside my balcony and not a cop in sight! So I made my very first 9-1-1 call tonight. erm, this morning i should say. i just felt so uncomfortable that a girl was screaming bloody murder out there and no one was around to help her, except maybe her drunken friends. anyway, the guys causing the problems got away right before the police came so i felt like i may as well have never called. but if something happened to that girl and i hadn't done anything, well...how shitty would THAT be!? and where the HELL were all those lazy security guards?? yes, the same guys that yelled at me for having my little fluffy puppy off his leash for two seconds. i'm moving out of these apartments next month and that spells r-e-l-i-f-e.
