i always say go with nikon. if you want a good mid range camera that can be a bit beat up but you wouldnt care etc...then id say go nikon d40. its like 6.1 mpx. if you want something more high end and dont mind paying anywhere from 6-800 then id pick up the d80 by nikon it never dissapoints. even with the higher end models out now their still going off the shelves like their the next big thing. i love mine. i dont know what id do. who needs more than 10.1 Mpx anyways?
