To be honest, I'm not sure. The best answer I can give is a bit lame, since it's basically a celeb-crush, but that's the only one I'm sure of... I definetly had a crush on Samantha from TV-series Who's the Boss (with Tony Danza). Actress Alyssa Milano later turned out to still be quite hot when she played Phoebe in Charmed
I don't actually recall any early life crushes from the real world. Quite odd really...
