Housemate Lo and I went to a Mexican restaurant in Highland Park last night to celebrate my paycheck. The $50 is gone and it was worth it. Badass carne asada, I got out of the studio, and Lo got tipsy and started talking to her margarita. WELL worth it! 
I should get two more checks today, so I'll be alright.
I finished another cartoon last night. The work is easy, and I love it. I got a call from Capitol last night. Paula needs me to work on Sat and Sun. I told her Sat was ok, but I couldn't do Sun due to prior obligations. There's a new band in called "Operator". I have no idea what they sound like, so I'll find out and let you guys know.
I have some engineering work to do on Sun morning and Sun night I'm headed down to Long Beach to see Drummergirl's band "The Ferals". 8:00pm at the Blue Cafe. Everyone should come out and see a great band and hang with the sexiest 31 year old Sicilian recording engineer in town! (and if he can't make it, you can always hang out with me )
