So I begin the new year doing something many of us fall victim to...the resolution saying that I will eat healthier and exercise more...well more than I did last year which actually isn't all that much.

I just got home from Trader Joe's, a market that I really like. Everyone is always so nice there, and the food is really good. You can leave the store with your purchases and not feel any guilt at all. I wish I was part of the rich and famous percentile that have someone following behind them at all times, telling them what to eat and what not to eat. It would be so much easier. I am craving nothing but sugar right now, but I know I can fight it. Hopefully if all goes well, I will be slimmed down by the summer.

So now, I guess since it's raining outside, I'll pop in a pilates dvd and get to work. Then after a shower, I will snuggle up with America by Jon Stewart. I am halfway done with it and it's incredibly funny. That man and his team at Comedy Central are comedic geniuses.
