I attempted it once but after a few months was able to play lots of cords but no tunes (i have no rhythm and a terrible memory) so got board and gave up.

Thanks for the book suggestion, I will check it out. Just started to read Lonesome Dove , mom suggested it. I sometimes get a wild hair and read some cowboy stories. Something about history mixed with the wild west that encamptures the soul. I figure if they made 4 movies and a mini series based on it, it cant be to bad.

It is good to eat better and want to take care of yourself. Go for it sister! You can do it...and make sure you add plenty of that good old fashioned self love as well. Take gentle care and rock on.

You should go to Canada sometime , tickets arent so pricey this time of the year. Prices of alot of things are cheaper then the states. Its beuty leaves any who see it breathless.
Only place better I can imagine would Egypt, or New zealand.
