Just to let you know, Steve Lawler will be stopping in at the House of Blues on October 16th for his Global Underground "Lights Out" Experience album tour, and on October 30th DJ Monk will be at HOB for Hallucination Halloween "Hellacaust" Part III.

I agree with you, its disappointing. For Zinc Bar, my gripe is that the venue is too small to hold world class talent. For House of Blues, my gripe is their crowd of breakdancers take up way too much space with their "circles" and are general eye sores. I miss the classic days of Icon, of which I had many golden nights. But hey, gotta go where the music is, right?
