There is an art exhibit in Pittsburgh featuring one of my favs: James Turrell. He works with perception and light, literally sculpting light. Not like Judith Said-Cook, who makes aesthetically pleasing formations with light, but rather, Turrell creates architectural forms with light. It is really quite an experience. The problem is that Pitt is 6 hours away and I don't have a car. Time to make a friend!
how's freakin' school? i can't wait for a three day weekend.
did you know that courtney love is a member here??? yep. she is just 'courtney' and she posts stuff every once in a while.
i want to see that exhibit. just djed a show with this guy who had three screens going in a circle. you are supposed to watch everything out of the corner of your eye. pretty damn good for an undergrad show.
