So I am officially back from the SF Prom and it was way better than last year. Better for many reasons. I won't go into great detail so here is the Cliff Note version...
I flew into Oakland on Friday and the raddest girl I think I have ever met, Nestor, picked me up. We went to her place and began drinking. She was then convinced not to go see Peaches but to hang out with me and drink all damn day and night until 6am! WOO! Did I mention that she is perhaps the coolest and hottest girl I have ever met? Did I? Good. Because she is.
700 mile away crush.
Saturday was Prom and I got really wasted. I mingled with a ton of people that I hadn't seen in a long time and met a shitload of new great people whose names I have completely forgot! RAD!
I got to make out with my surrogate LA wife Cedar a little bit, oh and with Greggster. I felt kind of bad for being such a wasted little social butterfly and not hanging out with more people but what can you do, eh?
KEEP PARTYING UNTIL 8am!!!
Sunday we all went to the Pork Store and I didn't even get any pork. Then over to the Kilowatt for a quick drink and a little more socializing, which was nice. Kinda windy and cold though. Didn't get to go to the kickball or after party at Delerium due to the fact that I was supposed to fly home at 7:40pm on Sunday.
GUESS WHAT?!?!
Nestor tricked me into missing my flight so I would have to stay another night. I almost had to sleep at the airport and after 4 hours of making a few frantic calls and noticing my cell battery was just about to die, she called me back and came to save me. So I got to hang out with her and her dog until Monday morning when I caught my rescheduled flight.
Now I'm back in PDX. Today was my second day back at work and that sucks balls. Now I have a nasty cold, probablly from skiing while I was in SF. I think I will spend the rest of the week recovering although work is going to kick my ass until Friday.
BBQ on Saturday and then looking forward to the 30th.
