I feel so worthless today...We got home from STL at about 3 last night so...I slept till almost 3! 
I hate that. My day is almost over & I've only been up about 3 hours..I'll update ya late about yesterday. My shoulders hurt & I'm just going to watch the rest of the baseball game & chill on an ice pack.

yeah-- when i moved to florida from wisconsin, i was shocked to discover i could only buy beer and wine at the grocery store, and had to go to the skeevy liquor store in the next town over to get anything good (since i don't like beer or wine much-- shocking, i know). so i'm loving having a new liquor store within walking distance!

Yes indeed, took in some fair food Fri. Me & gabrielle went during the day before all the highschool kids where outta class! We munched on some cotton candy, corndog, some twisted/spiral taters (for those of you who have any idea of what I'm talking about)

I had to go through lots of physical therapy - and still do ... my shoulders tried to compensate for my elbow so I developed tendinitis in my rotator cuffs (yes, both of them.) --- great since I'm a drummer & all. anyways! I still go to phys. therapy for massages and shock treatments to break up the bursa. it's a pain in the ass but you do what you gotta do!!
