last night i dreamed i was married again. my wife and i had a special thing we shared. When we went to sleep we could fly together. Like the few other times I have had flying dreams, we flew like superman. Laying flat with arms outstretched, we soared the blue sky and low clouds. We were wearing jeans and flannel shirts or something causal like that. Our favorite place to fly was along the Appalachia trail area of the Smokey Mountains. Sometimes we held hands and soared through the misty low clouds and fog along the pine crested ridges. It was a really wonderful dream. Dreaming I was dreaming.... What a romantic concept to be able fall asleep together, and then travel blissfully together through dreamland.
Then I met her father and he said he was going to the Smokey Mountains. I tried to explain how his daughter and I often traveled there through dreamland. But that caused bad energy in his view of reality and I woke up.
I have a new band that is actually coming together. We play psychedelic folk rock with 2 drummers, 2 guitars, bass and a keyboard player just joined in. Everyone wants to play songs I wrote and we agree on a bunch of covers. Some of the songs I wrote about my own suicide girls; lovers, friends, spiritual sisters who couldn't live here on earth for very long. To sing a song, dedicated to the memory of a fond spirit, can be such a joyful experience. Playing music is where life makes sense to me. I go to a different dreamland, some kind of astral plane of archetypical stories. So finally that part of life seems like its working.
