Familial obligations suck ass. Not only did I waste an entire day waiting around my parents house for my mom to get out of dental surgery, I was then required to take my little sister to soccer right after picking my mom up on the way back from picking the kids up from school.
While spending time with my little brother and sister is fun - and I do enjoy every minute of it - what I don't appreciate is when one request to help out the family snowballs instantly into an entire day planned out for me. And this all at a moments notice - no fair warning ahead of time for me to rearrange my daily schedule. Does my mother honestly expect me not to have a life just because I'm not living out of her sight? Gyah!!!
So yeah. Rather bitter, need to relax. Too bad I can't go out and get plastered cuz I just got a summer job today. I'm gonna be a labour goon for some construction company for a few weeks while production is slow up north. At least that went well for me today.
