Currently hungover, and a bit exasperated about not yet getting my septum pierced. Been in to Sub Q no less than 3 times in the past two weeks, and they don't have the jewelry, so they need to make it, and their in-house jeweler is really swamped at the moment, so.... I'm lookin' at Wednesday at the soonest. I'm not pissed, I sort of dig having to get outside my comfort zone and ASK someone for something I want. Which I'm terrible at, generally speaking. And the guy I've been dealing with has been really nice, and he's going to give me a sweet deal. Bitchin'!
Other than that? Not a whole bunch. Oh! Signed the lease today, so exciting. So, we're moving, we're cleaning. Fantastic.
Feelin' like GAAAARBAAAAGE. Oh well. I know full well that when I drink six beers, I will act a foo', and feel like absolute shit the next morning.
Bryan left his shit cafe managing job, and is full time at his line cook gig. Late nights, yeah, but it's a step in a better direction for him, and I'm really very proud of him. He's an amazing cook. (Likes to go a bit nutso with spice sometimes, but hot damn, he cooks a PERFECT steak.)
I want a steak now.
My neck feels bruised, but that's my own damned fault, mostly.
