Nothing like a weekend with family to motive one to get her act together.
I'm tired of the sameness that pulls the energy from me and leaves me feeling empty and tired, the stress of never doing enough, the guilt of wanting more, but lost without a goal.
Guess its finally time to work on my thesis; which torments me..but it is only me who has allowed it to control my static situation, so as disappointment doesn't have a place. Well, disappointment, bring it on! Today I start the project that has haunted me for months...tomorrow I'll work on it some more.

One bit o' advice about writing a thesis... do it in manageable chunks. Works wonders, or it did for me. Oh, and I gave fuck-all about grammar as I wrote it. Proof-reading is a great time for fixing and inserting, anyways. (That sounded vaguely dirty.)
