Call me an idiot, but I thought Valentine's Day was a massacre.

ahhhh, william gibson. i actually had a really hard time trying to read neuromancer, which surprised me. i think i'm allergic to 'hard' sci-fi. douglas adams, good; robert heinlein, good; larry niven, bad; william gibson, bad. i went to a boarding school for science and math, and i think that hard sci-fi reminds me too much of my physics courses.
