I've been stressing at work, but hey, that's life.
What sucks is that I've had to push back my train tip to NYC until these boneheads decide whether to lay me off or not.
Oh well.
I guess I can read about it instead. I'm currently reading Forever, which isn't quite the same as being there for today's Norah Jones concert.

ahhhh, william gibson. i actually had a really hard time trying to read neuromancer, which surprised me. i think i'm allergic to 'hard' sci-fi. douglas adams, good; robert heinlein, good; larry niven, bad; william gibson, bad. i went to a boarding school for science and math, and i think that hard sci-fi reminds me too much of my physics courses.

tomorrow night!!!! i'm so psyched! i wish i had a date, but alas, i'll have to go single. and then get hit on by orson scott card. who will probably be discussing his women of genesis series, as the event's being held at a church. but every time he says "jesus" i'm going to yell "ENDER".
