I've been really superficial for the past few months.

It's because things have been stressful.

Very stressful. Like me wanting to reach out and nix someone.

Fortunately, my fight or flight genes were overcome with copious applications of antiacid and sleeping pills.

Just think, I get to do this again starting next week.
