So the other day I was talking to one of my friends about her night out. She was telling me about meeting this cool guy at the local bar. They had many things in common and talked all night. At the end of the night he invited her back to his apartment. She told me she would have went home with him, but she was a good girl. After our conversation I begin to think: Why does going home with someone make you a bad person? If you had such a great night connecting with this guy then why not go home with him. Why is it in 2008 that we are still controled by the stigma that sex is a bad thing. I just thinks its silly that if you go home with someone it defines you as a good or bad person. What do you guys think?

I agree. But I would have to introduce my personal philosophy on the whole dating/sex thing. I truly believe that humans were not meant to be monogomous. Our overtly prudish society, driven by the pernicious evils of organized religion, have cock blocked us all with interminable guilt over sex. Relationships to me are analogous of food. No matter how hungry you are, or how appetizing the food looks, whether it's a cold bowl of oatmeal, or a perfectly cooked filet mignon wrapped in bacon, the food's sole purpose is to burn itself out until it turns itself into shit. All goes in a little different in terms of favorability and pleasure, but ends up exactly the same every time. I think people should calm down about the whole casual dating/sex thing. (Healthy, consensual, careful) sex does not make ANYONE a bad person. smile Welcome to SG bro. Have fun.

I agree with the guy who posted above. If you have a connection with someone, why not go home with them? As long as both parties are consenting and use protection, what problem is there?
