Once tech gets into your routine it is quick to take over. Good for you recognizing it and addressing it. I watched this documentary last night about the fyre festival. I had wondered how such a colossal cluster fuck had happened and I had never heard about it and after watching the movie I totally understand. My online presence consists of SG and Amazon and that whole thing was done by social media. I have days when I barely see my phone or computer but few where I am completely off-line.

@chefdaddy i had not heard of Fyre Festival , will have to check out the doc on Netflix. My online activities on the whole enrich my life as i am pretty much a hermit offline with no friends outside my family. So my online friends are important to me and a few i have know for several years!! But i know it can become a bit of an obsession at time so need to reign myself in. I tend to have an addictive personality , which ofcourse made giving up smoking in 2014 hard.

@caraphernelia sorry to hear it is very cold where you are!! Here in the the UK the slightest bit of snow and the country comes to a standstill 🤣 lots of schools closed, airports closed, massive tailbacks on some roads. This happens every year. Hope you can stay warm and safe.
