This is going to sound a bit weird but I have always dreamed of owning my own private car park that only allowed Luxury and Sports cars etc to use it. I would hire security to make sure the cars were safe and also to stop the riff raff from coming in. I would spend my days walking round looking at all the cars and updating the list of cars that are allowed in.
