Thanks for all the wonderful messages!!! It really helps to know that there are such wonderful people as you who have my back!! This yea is going to be a case of 'baby steps' another words small goals. The only resolution/ goal I am deciding to disclose is that I am going to do at least one productive thing everyday. Whether it be something small like washing pots or vacuuming, or bigger like going out! This may sound so minor a thing but when my PTSD / Depression is bad like at the monent then motivation is such a hard thing. Its 3am and I am rambling now so will wish you all adieu ❤❤

Thanks everyone for the advice, it confirmed what I was thinking as if I said what the goal was it would just put me under more pressure , especially as it is something that is not not completely under my control.
