I taught my first Ashtanga Vinyasa modified primary series class this afternoon. It was a little scary but fun. There were alot of people there, most of the teachers and all the other trainees plus about half a dozen regular students including a guy who was in his second class of his life.

I always get a kick when people try to read something sinister into the group being private, like I have some sort of secret plan. The truth is, if it wasn't private, it would look a whole like the CE boards.
