I was washing dishes tonight and wondering: Do ya think Emeril is over in one of his kitchens washing dishes tonight?? How about Wolfgang, or Todd English or Charlie Palmer? I mean jeez we weren't even that busy. WTF. I'm sure they would if their restaurant needed it but somebody's head would probably roll. I don't mind, it keeps me humble but we were only busy for two hours and they were behind and had switched to I don't give a fuck mode. They don't make dishwashers like they used to. That's probably what I get for having two white guys over thirty back there.
