I'm Just getting over a bout of food poisoning. Believe me, I appreciate the Irony of the Chef getting food poisoning. What sucked is that it started hitting me at the beginning of the rush on Saturday night. My sous chef maded me go home at 8:30 and I was on my hands and knees in the shower puking and shitting by 10pm. 
I finally ate some crackers sunday night and feel a little better today. Great way to start my vacation. Oh yeah I'm on VACATION!
