Summers here and the time is right for dancing/fighting/racing in the street. It's also time for neck and shoulders to be sweaty for every single second until October.

Toronto is in the beginning phases of a 'green box' program for weekly compost disposal. Know whose idea this is? The raccoons who secretly run the city. It is a way to get the humans to sort the nice yummy garbage from the icky not so edible garbage. Know how I know this? When I got the letter describing the program, it was covered in paw prints, and it said "residents in multi-dwelling units will arrange their green bins buffet style on the street outside their buildings."

Update: Oh no! I am sick! There's this brand of organic carrots that when I eat them I throw up for a full day after. And I had some this afternoon, thinking that the problem in the past has obviously been that I haven't washed them enough. But now I feel all hungry but I just ate so I know it's not that....
