The NIN and bauhaus show was nifty. Despite the fact that I have been to that concert venue several times in the last few years, I took the wrong streetcar and missed almost all of bauhaus. On the other hand, it was kind of neat because the venue is set on some fairly desolate waterfront property, and because I took the wrong streetcar I walked most of the way. Peter Murphy and Co. were so loud that I could hear them from several blocks away; there was just this cool wall of noise as I was walking towards it. Yes it would probably have been even better to be inside, but what the hell. I got in just as they started Ziggy, but sadly it was the last song.
