busy weekend coming up.

saturday, sg burlesque show!!! my first time in nyc in a while. thank god i'm finally coming back.
sunday, father's day/my friend's graduation party.
monday, homework (summer class).
tuesday, my friend's birthday.
wednesday, going to see my ex-lead singer/guitarist's band, MY VICTORIA, at acme underground. even though i'm still bitter as hell at him for breaking up the band, he's still been my friend for 8 years and i'm gonna support him. and they sound decent from the demo i heard, so you all should go too.
as far as my music sitch, i've been asked to fill in/possibly take over on drums for this band, THE SUPERSPECS. it's kind of a ska-infused hard rock thing, and even though it's not what i was hoping to do musically, it's much much better than sitting on my ass, which i have been doing since november.
