Yesterday was fucking great. We never made it to the parade. Everyone slept in, except for me and my friend Jen. I began drinking at 10:30 yesterday morning. It's all about the pacing. 
Went and had lunch and drinks with our friend that we are going to Finland with at Tomfooleries in Zona Rosa. They have the best Roma tomato and Goat Cheese salad. It was yummy yummy. She works there so it was alll good. We had a blast. Then came home and "chilled" then headed to Westport around 5:30. The traffic was mad crazy. It took us 20 minutes to move 2 blocks to get into Westport.
Met up with tinsoldier. He is pretty damn cool. A very fun guy and a gentleman. Sorry about all the taxi cab drama man but I was way too trashed to drive anywhere. He took some pretty cool pictures and video. We had fun.
My friend Ben was totally trashed. At one point we were standing in the back room at Evolution hugging and talking. Next thing I know...smack!!!! We hit the floor. He went down and took me with him. We both laughed hysterically. I was laughing so hard I couldn't stand up and I hurt my elbow *pout*. Yeah he also puked on the way home (which he did last year too) and when he walked in the door he stripped off all his clothes and went to bed to pass out. Good times Good times.
I met Jaymes from Swill last night too at Johnny Dare's. I have always heard a lot about Swill from other people that I know who know them but yet had never met anyone in Swill. But that is all going to change on Saturday. Swill is playing at the Hurricane and I know that my friends will introduce me to all of them then
Speaking of Johnny Dare's, I hate that fucking place. It was cool for like the first 5 minutes and that was it. I had fun drinking and stuff and meeting people but the atmosphere there was just not doing it for me.
We finally ended up at Evolution formerly XO. They have goth industrial night in the back room on Thursdays. That was a lot of fun. I need to go back there again soon. WE danced to HIM. We are so going to Finland. Looks like Ben might be going to. Need a group discount. Who's down?
Oh and Buzzard Beach blew goats this year. I love my crazy friends and even though nothing worked out the way it was planned, it was all good!!
And Ms. Wynne you and me are so on for the Swill show Saturday night!! I have never seen them play live before. This should be interesting.
