I think that I have a new favorite movie. It's called Gypsy 83. I watched it today when I should have been working on my annotated bibliography for my Minority Relations class. It stars Sarah Rue (Less Than Perfect) as a young plus sized goth girl named Gypsy who loves Stevie Knicks. What goth girl doesn't love Stevie. Anyway, she and her friend who she is in love with but who is very gay go to New York so Gypsy can perform in A Night of 1,000 Stevie's contest at a bar that was started by her mother who abandoned her as a child. It was a really good movie. I loved it. I think that Sarah Rue is so beautiful and I got to see her boobies. Very nice. If you get the chance to watch it please do and let me know what you thought of it.
I was late to class since I wasn't done with all of my work. Typical. But I turned in what I needed to. As I was leaving the IT guy at my school always makes it a point to tell me to have a good night everytime I leave. Ofcourse there is some occasional conversation. I have to say that I am developing quite the crush on him. Now I admit that I have a lot of crushes. Next week I am going to ask him out for a drink or at least try to feel out if he is commited to anyone. I say this shit all the time and I never do it. Like the cute guy who works at D'Bronx. Every day I say I am going to talk to him and then I never do. *shrug"*
So should girls ask guys out? Do you think that a relationship is doomed if she does?
Some say that if a guy is really interested he will make advances toward a girl. By asking him out she is cutting out "the chase". And that when a girl asks a guy out it never works because he wasn't really all that into her in the first place. He just went out with her because she asked and he didn't have anything better to do.
I don't understand this whole dating thing. All my friends tell me that I am such a beautiful girl and such a good person. If I am so wonderful why am I alone? Nobody's beating my door down to sweep me off my feet. I think a girl has to make her own way. If a guy never know that you want to be more than just his friend that is all you will ever be.
Now all I need to do is find a new job.

let's see - in response to your comment, i think i'm done puking. starting to feel really good actually. of course, i'm also looking preggers, which is kind of creepy, but... so be it. i guess it's no creepier than the thought of me and iron breeding...
and in response to your journal, i don't think it matters who starts it, as long as both people are involved in continuing it. same way i don't think (well, didn't think) it was fair to expect the guy to call every time just 'cause he asked the first time, you shouldn't have to call every time just 'cause you asked the first time.
honestly, though, i'm shocked they're not just beating your door down...
