Wow, I'm a bit overwhelmed today. My boss keeps asking me to do all these important things for him and I can't find time to catch up on my regular tasks. Last November when I had my nervous breakdown, I experienced a crazy lump in my throat from stress. The lump wouldn't go away. It was constant. The same thing happened to me when I had my first nervous break down when I was 18. At least the lump goes away 2 hours after I finish work. It's just really annoying. I keep telling myself to relax and breath...

♥ This weekend is the Thanksgiving long weekend for us Canadians.

♥ Tonight I'm going to see Billy Crystal's live stand up.

♥ I've been craving McDonalds fries not cool.

♥ Tomorrow my best friends Mom is getting married. This will be her third wedding. I don't expect anything but a good time.

♥ I will be on business in Montreal next Tuesday I'm nervous and wish I didn't have to go.

Two things you might not know about me...

♥ I was teased royally in public school, hence many of my quirks. Kids can be more brutal than adults.

♥ When I get nervous, my hands and feet sweat like crazy.

If your boss continues to be so demanding of you, I have a special technique that could help to alleviate the associated stress and anxiety. When he/she is in a prone position, a solid punch to the gut followed by a swift knee to the head will work wonders. Granted, there are a few problems that could (ok...*will*) arise, but, all of a sudden, the demands of work will no longer be prominent for you! biggrin

There must be some reasonable substitute for McDonald's fries in your neck of the woods. I know of some good places scattered throughout the US...information that is of NO use to you. Not even useful in your upcoming trip to Montral, either. smile I have found Montral to be a fine city from my experiences there. Of course, a work trip isn't usually quite as enjoyable as one for pleasure...
