Having 90% of the house unpacked.
Finding a good location for my new bookstore.
Friendly neighbors.
Cold beer after moving stuff all day.
Not living out of hotel rooms anymore.

Being able to use my own computer again.
Things that suck:
Having very limited time for SG.
Mental and physical exhaustion.
Realizing the one thing you need is in one of the fucking boxes you haven't unpacked yet.
Moving sucks. If you don't have to move, don't.
