I hear you on over-analyzing things. I think it all comes down to what you really want & makes you happy.

I'm sure you've thought about all the scenarios, but maybe you need to hear it from someone else too, so here's my two cents.

If you go the SG route, are you prepared that... you could lose your job if work people came upon your photos and deemed them in poor reflection of the company you work for?
If you do it, would you regret it or still be happy you did it 5yrs, 10 yrs, 20 yrs, etc down the road?
Does your significant other (your profile indicates you have a better half) know of your desire to become a SG? If so, are they supportive? If not, do you realize going ahead with this that it could end your relationship?
What if family & friends found out you were doing this? your parents? best friends? Would they react negatively? positively? how would you feel?

Whatever you decide, I hope you are happy about it. smile

I would say got for it 100% unless it can jeopardize your job somehow. i.e. Like if you're a teacher.

Otherwise, enjoy the other SG work and you can always make your own secret set wink
