my sis got engaged yesterday.....but i'm a little pissed.
see, my grandfather used to bottle dandylion wine back in the day. on may 29th, 1978. he put up his last 4 bottles. it was the day i was born. one each was for the night of my sister's and my selfs engagements, one each for our respective wedding nights. he died 12 days later, no more wine.
well yesterday, the fuckers that are my mom's side of the family just keep opening up bottles. all 4 are gone, none for me, even though it was bottled FOR ME!!!! never even got to taste the stuff.
i am happy for her . this one seems like a nice guy, and he's afraid of me, and that's good. it'll keep him in line knowing baby brother will fuck him up if he does somethin stupid. he is a bit of a dork , but isn't everybody in someway?
rest of the day off was good, drank some beers with the crew, watched poolhall junkies, ate some pizza, went to bed early. now i'm at work, i'm supposed to be off, but the old man was sick, so i decided to come in till he gets his ass out of bed. so i sit here all morning.....
