Hello My Lovelies!
So, I have recently taking up running. I never ran before a few months ago. I never thought it possible to run a mile straight. The impossible was so easily possible though, and I had no clue. So since I started running at first my mile was in the 9 Minutes area. But once I started running more than one mile they got in the 10’30s. They stayed at the 10s even when it was just a mile. I WAS STUCK IN A RUNNERS RUT! Yesterday though, I had such a huge moment of accomplishment. I set a new Personal Record with my mile run time!! My Next goal, however, is not speed, but distance. I want to run a 5k straight. No stopping, no breaks, just run! I was so excited by this accomplishment, I felt like I needed to share with everyone else!
