So, Kage, how did the hotel and dinner go? I hope you had a great time. It is beautiful in Sacramento. I was there last june for the NCAA Track meet. I had a great time. Then I went to Reno to visit my first girlfriend. It had been a long time. I had a great time there too.

Oh, man! My first love was a BMX-er. He ended up in the hospital once because he built some 11-foot jump and apparently cleared it perfectly--the first time. The second time he didn't, and he landed on his neck (I don't even know how you do that, but he did). His poor mom was driving home from work and stopped to see what was going on with all of those ambulances congregated around the woods where he'd built the thing and saw them carrying Matt out on a stretcher. The kid had never had a broken bone, though, somehow.

But yeah, I was convinced that he was going to kill himself somehow.

So you and Moirae are proof, then, that roommate situations can work out far better than mine has! Yay!

Well, the house that I'm looking at is actually on the border of Fair Oaks and Carmicheal, more or less near Old Fair Oaks. I mean its not that far from Aerojet, I'm kinda stoked I'd be near Old Fair Oaks again cuz I miss the Sunflower.

Sorry hon that I missed your call. I passed right out. Being a mom is killing my sleep. Woke up yesterday at 6am and was going non stop. Sorry I didn't make it out there. I have a tank of gas to last me until the 1st of Feb and no money to refill it. Patrick hasn't found a job yet so we are living off my money. I had a little bit of money which was going to take me out to Sac and back last night but Patrick had a job interview and so I had to give him the money to get gas. It sucks but until he gets a job we are just stuck at home. I did really want to come out I miss seeing you. And I miss everyone and it is starting to get to me, being at home all the damn time. But as soon as he gets a job I will be out there or I will have a get together at my place or something that will make it up to you.

Thanks for having us last night! I had a great time and I will definitely be visiting you at work once I get paid. My face still feels great!
