writers block is slowly driving me insane & it's a ridiculously gorgeous morning so i'm going to walk over to the beach & hope to find inspiration there. or at the very least, get rid of my vaguely gothic pallor so i can pretend i did something exciting/exotic over spring break.....

Lately the only things I've been inspired to write are a bit beyond my technical abilities...which is sometimes a really good way to expand your abilities but I bit off more than I can chew. Sometimes it comes so easy that you wonder how you ever got so stuck in the first place....at other times you wonder how you ever wrote anything to begin with. So for now I'm just walking away and letting things be....next time I pick up my guitar to write I'm just not going to think about it and noodle around and see where it goes.
