Doing plated desserts in school this block. I love plating. I enjoy making yummy stuff look appealing.

Since I have been reading your blogs going from the most recent (Aug. 2018) and going back in time, this is the first I have seen mentioned of your being in culinary school. Is it okay for me to ask what changed your direction away from this?
