I'm at the cafeteria, it's breakfast time. it's so hard to make good food choices. I get my oatmeal and skim milk one day out of two. today was the heart-healthy plate of eggs piled over a slice of american cheese, and strips of bacon, and a cappucino.. hm.....!!
the thing is, if I have oatmeal I start feeling hungry within two hours. that's because you need fat in your meal to get that 'sated' feeling. my mom says eat the oat meal, but also have a spoonful of peanut or cashew butter afterwards.
