sorry, haven't been able to put up brazil pictures because of the size limit (this is just too small, 100 kb, who can work with this?). so guess what, the couple I was staying with just upon returning from rio in the lower east side (my best friend in the whole world and his gf), well they were fighting like two freaks, she threw things at him across the way (one landed on my head) and they kept getting physical. 
well, my friend got arrested, and thrown in jail, with a restraining order on him. on saturday, I was up at the library and was getting ready to sleep there. I called my friend Monica, and perfect! she had a room and a key ready for me, in her 1800 sq ft loft in Chelsea!! sweet place by the way.
so here I am.. this was supposed to be until the end of this month but I just asked yesterday if I could stay on longer... until the end of february and it's a yes!
