Tired...of making some bullshit money, I love what I do but feel like I should be given more difficulty and therefore more compensation. I know im good at what I do, I hear it constantly but how much longer can I take hearing all these compliments and promises for a promotion without actually getting promoted. Im really feely helpless and like my boss is bullshitting me. I work my ass off, I got the education to back it up. just tired and venting
